Just put this together for y’all. They’re being most aggressive on the Forester Wilderness. Not many cars on the ground right now, but over 150+ cars coming next month.

Nice job with your spreadsheet. Very interesting about the WRX Premium 6MT. Using your calculator, I can lease for 3 years/10K per year for $555 per month with ZERO Drive Off. Total Lease Cost is $19, 409. Now if I were to finance that same car for 5 years (before I add any interest), the payment becomes $615 per month with ZERO Drive Off. Let’s say I decide to get rid of the car after 36 months, I’ve paid out $22,154.40. Looks like leasing for the win.
Well, with finance you’d probably have some pos equity after 3 years unlike the lease. Really depends on how much you can sell it for after 3 years to determine if leasing is better. More downside risk if you get into any accidents when you finance too. I like the lease b/c the RV is pretty high and the MF not awful.
Numbers are pretty close to last month which is great.
Last month, we did a few swaps (it’s when we trade with another dealership to get the right color/options) so if we don’t have the right car in stock, we’ll try to get you the right one.

Reminder to please text me if you’re ready to go. Subaru inventory turns over very very fast so the sheet its difficult to keep up to date. Best to connect with me and I’ll go back/forth with the dealer to confirm availability. I pretty much have a direct line to the sales manager and GM as their preferred broker.

If you don’t provide the above, it’s often a waste of time. Can’t tell you how many times people ask questions without providing enough info and I have no frame of reference of where they live and what they want. For Subaru, my dealers are in the NJ/NY area and shipping a relatively inexpensive car across the country does not work.
Monthend push. I’ll press for 4% off any model except for the Ascent which I’ll push for 3% off. Only in stock cars and not cars in transit coming next month.
