I am currently in a 39 month lease with my Infiniti. I don’t want to pay the registration and then only have the car for 3 more months so I am hoping to get out of the lease soon.
What manufacturers are offering to pay the last few months?
I believe Volvo is doing it for their S90 (does it include the other models or just the S90)?
Infiniti I think can pull forward with 2 months. The dealer said sometimes they can do 3 months but I am not sure if that is official from Infiniti financial or just the dealer paying the 3rd month.
Any other brands that are currently doing a pull ahead on competitor makes?
I’m in a similar position with my hyundai, but the first dealer I contacted said they are currently not doing any pull ahead programs. Could this be dealer specific? Is it worth contacting other dealerships or is it simply a corporation level incentive?
The pull ahead has to be from the finance company to be worth while otherwise the dealer just adds it to the price of the next car.
You can check in with another dealer just to be sure because some dealers are clueless but likely Hyundai isn’t running the promo.
Sometimes other manufacturers will have a promo where they pay a few payments on competitor cars.
Can’t you just get a refund for the difference on the new registration when you turn the car in? In my state when I returned my plate with 6 months left on the reg I got money back.
