I received the following lease proposal for a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite AWD. Do you consider this a good deal, or I should look for additional discount? I tried to get the numbers as accurate as possible in the Leasehackr calculator.

I think you should ask for at least 10% preincentives discount . I would even start from 15% off. If you ready to sign this is perfect time of the month to score great deal.
Reach out to all dealers within 200 miles with your offfer and see if anyone will bite.

Also in PA all rebates are non taxable. Move $4k from taxed to untaxed line.
