Not code compliant in CA. You would need to strap that tank against the wall and you don’t have a rate of rise heat sensor that can alarm across the house.
I’m just posting this to get landfilled later anyway.

Who the hell texts a broker or any person you are looking to do business with at 1:29AM? That shows ZERO respect for the other person. If I was him, I wouldnt want to do business with you either. Aronchi has great reviews and you are not going to harm his business.
Respect goes both ways, sending a simple reply - “Sorry, this deal for repeat customers only.” will avoided all the back n forth or simply NOT posting deals in public forum which are intended for repeat customers. That’s what customer list email & text for. Ghosting is rude. Obviously Aronchi has no time to reply on inquiries but plenty of times to hurl insult back and forth. Excellent time management indeed.
