brother its an Audi recall (multiple) not sure what more you need to understand its a real issue? what they giving ya in the california water?
Iām saying youāre worried about something thatās not a thing. Lots of recalls on all cars. I got the bottom recall in the mail about the charging cable not being suited for certain amperages - didnāt matter to me as I never use that cable anyway. Seems like youāre maybe looking at the e-tron GT specifically but no issues with the Q8e-tron and honestly havenāt seen any stories about fires so I think youāre being paranoid and should just buy the car if you like it.
I currently have A6 and ICE Q8. What do you dislike most about the sportback? Iāve never owned EV.

Battery fire issues? No such thing. Some owners with cheap crappy outlets were overheating the outlets when using the audi supplied charger but thereās a recall and fix for that now.
