Assuming these are all AWD? I don’t live in NY, can I still take advantage of this?
Based on the MSRP in the calculator link, it’s a base AWD with metallic paint. $44,090. I doubt many FWD versions are even shipped to the northeast.

Too many people assume it’s AWD alone that’ll crush the snow.
An FWD Volvo with snow tires will do wonders.
Not enough folks invest in snow tires is the purpose of my rant lol

Oh yea, I hear you. I managed through a decade of NJ winters with FWD and all-seasons on a variety of cars. Got winter tires for my father’s RWD sedan. For me, AWD + all-seasons or FWD + winter tires would be an upgrade either way.
