Non-manufacturer incentives for VW?

Interested in leasing a 2021 VW Arteon. The MF is nearly zero and VW currently offers $3,600 dealer lease cash but the 3 yr/12K residual is terrible at 49% for the SEL-Premium trim this month. Trying to see if there’s any way to get a decent lease deal by incorporating other incentives but haven’t come across any. I really like the way the car looks but the lease payments are bad even with $8K total off MSRP.

Most cars do not lease well. You can forget about 99% of cars that don’t have good deals in the Marketplace and Shared Deals sections

There is some manufacturer to dealer cash on Arteons, but I don’t think they will make good leases anytime soon.

For that money, better off getting an A5 now that the Costco Auto Audi program is going on.

I know the A5 Sportback is the direct competitor to the Arteon but I prefer the A4 to the A5 Sportback. I guess I’ll look into the A4 45 or even S4.
