yes. $0 down and sign and drive lease. I was planning to lease VW but you advised me for Nissan Rogue and yes I agree Nissan Rogue is much better and cheaper.

You state invoice above in your numbers, is this the price they are selling it to you for? if so then you should be looking at being $2,000 under invoice on the sale price before rebates. I have lease quite a few Rogues and they have all been at $2k under.

I would say that you are only getting about $1k below invoice right now based on invoice being approx 4% below MSRP on a Nissan. You could do better.
