Hey Dan I can’t believe it’s almost been 3 years already. It feels like it was just a few months ago when I was picking up my M340. However my lease is up in September, I’m looking getting a my23-M5 comp, is there a cut off date for placing the order? Looking to place 1 in late august early September.
Also is there a cut off date for placing orders on a X4 M40i? Looking to place an order one by the end of the month for the wife.
where are you getting your APR numbers for Finance? Base rate appears to be 5.99 for top tier this month, up from 4.99 last month.

From BMWFS directly. When you start an app, they give you the base rate. The dealer is asking for 6.99 for an MSRP M3. I already have 3.74 locked with USSFCU but seems there is some confusions between here and bimmerpost this month.
that’s the marked up rate at 5…99%
Buy rate is 4.99 % for up to 60 mo
max markup is 1% to get to the 5.99% on the website
your dealer can’t mark it up 2% through BMWFS
I was under the impression that BMWFS did not give a marked up rate when working directly through them. Where did 4.59 come from or is that for a specific car? I havent put an app in yet, but seems the dealer is playing games. I’ll just take my own financing since i have an agreement that isnt BMWFS contingent.
it’s not up to BMWFS it’s up to the dealer if they want to do buy rate

Hey Dan, I’ve stumbled upon a lot of M5 owners saying when they submitted their orders it took about 2-3 months to enter production. Is still the case? If so I’ll send you the build codes with the X4 on the 25th when I get my new residence state license.
