Unbelievably, yes. I am keeping the one we have, but a companion crazy lease hack from last year that I got for my parents is actually about $2K to the positive as of this morning. I donāt think Iāve ever seen this on a BMW before, but it is clearly only due to the craziness in the used car market at the current moment, and the massive discount received on the car at lease inception.
In the excel sheet for the 2021 M550i xdrive build sample, the calculator says the RV is 58% but I thought all 5 series remained 59% for 2021. Was this a typo?
Massive discounts yes, but to overcome the unrealistic residuals, that I never thought I would see.
Me either. This is the first time I have personally seen this happen even on a decently hacked BMW lease as this one was (22-23% preincentive discount, $7500ish in incentives). This alone depreciates the car the instant it leaves the dealership lot.
But itās worth it for you to get rid of it? What else are you driving that you would give up such a cheap lease?
Too many cars, too little miles 
Will other incentives still be honored? Corp fleet, USAA/PenFed? Those loyalty / conquest #s suck bad, but I guess everyoneās hurting a bit.
