Somehow BMW sold 2 new i8ās this year so there may be some out there, but demand is stronger than ever ā used values are almost double today where they were prior to the i8 being discontinued.
There used to be some shockingly hot unicorn deals on the i8 coupe, but weāre long past those days.
Itās a shame BMW discontinued the i3 and i8 and replaced both of them with the relatively more vanilla i4/iX. The M Next could be interesting as a more direct replacement but itās not fully electric.

Thatās a shame. Being a hybrid it seems like it could be practical as a daily with supercar looks for somebody that doesnāt need a lot of cargo capacity or comfortable second row seating. YouTubers seem to love the coupe and getting 31mpg on road trips, although most ended up selling for a Tesla Model S.
