New to site/forum. How to deal with this information?

I am in a lease now. But I am looking for new lease. What is the proper/smart way to take the information and the calculation to a dealership and use it? Is it best to deal with the F&I person directly? Do most people experience just getting push-back when driving the discussion with these numbers? “Oh, we can’t do that” or “You can’t get that AND that other discount…”? or similar?

Sorry if I missed this documented somewhere already.
