New Nissan Ariya Leased BRoke down on DAy 2. Options to break the lease any?

New Nissan Ariya Leased in VA . Vehicle Broke down on Day2 which requires battery replaced. ETA 4- 6 weeks. Dealer refused to exchange to equivalent new vehicle . Loaner provided.

Looking for advice what options i have to break the lease . Please advice.

I would contact a lemon law attorney and discuss your options. In some states, including VA, if the vehicle is out of service for more than 30 days, it is considered a lemon.

See if chatgpt will guide you through the lemon law claim

I’m using Consumer Law Experts. The settlement was for just above $58,000 for a car I paid $43,000 OTD. Pretty happy with their service.

doesnt it have to be in the shop for 30 consecutive days for it to be a lemon?

Wouldn’t something like that be state specific?

after the legal/attorney fee what was left? did you actually make money with the claim?

That figure is net after fees
