Fine print fail on the 15% off:
“15% off MSRP offer applies to lease, retail loan or cash plus any available incentives on in stock new BMW models.”
So…is that 15% off with incentives or plus incentives?

It’s not quite as simple as what you’re seeing in the ad, although I’m not exactly sure you’d be shocked to hear that, and that’s before you get to the last part, “Not all sales at MSRP”.

Not sure on the programs on this as my lease is due back in February but if anyone is interested I have a High Altitude Wrangler with Sky Top in Long Island. 70k MSRP at 36 months/10k for 486 a month and 5200 drive offs. I assume it has some bs fees build into that 5200 but you can apply the 1000 TDM code probably. Message me only if truly looking to close this weekend or week. Again, check your own numbers here or edmunds and backtrack. If you move forward simply donate 50 or 100 to your favorite charity and pay it forward.
That’s about 6.5% off MSRP for anyone that’s looking.
