I generally ask someone for their email so I can make a warm introduction when I’ve got a deal to share and I say “my friend ____” is looking for X to the sales person
that way I can manage the flow vs getting a dealer spammed or slammed. Asking someone to PM you for the dealer info is also a way to manage it. Not perfect but it hasn’t burned any of my connections so far.

Do most of the people sharing deals here work in the industry or just have a lot of time for the hunt? Seeing some post across brands too so just curious as when I was looking on my own for one car, I found that time taxing with all of things going on in life.
