Capitol City GMC is offering the $1700 Supplier Discount on the GMC.com buying portal, but when you flip from cash to lease the $38000 discount disappears and the lease is offered at MSRP.
GMC portal is showing the $4200 discount is the (Dealership) Employee discount.
