New 2025 BMW X3 M50

My VA PPT just added $120/mo to $317/mo on a year old XC40. At least the sales tax is lower than in MD.

And your incentives are untaxed.

And I don’t buy EV/PHEV yet to take full advantage :slightly_smiling_face:

PPT in VA (Loudoun County) makes so many lease deals DOA. I had a Lucid Air ready to go at a super low monthly, but once accounting for the PPT it basically added another +$200 to that cost. To add more fuel to the fire, there is the EV fee when it comes to registration as well.

My rule of thumb is nothing over $65k sticker with lots of incentives.

You’d probably be better off financing this deal. No reason to step into the leasing world unless you have a reason not communicated in your post. In MD, you’d likely land a better monthly and have more flexibility in when/how you get rid of the vehicle.

I’d run the numbers for what a finance deal looks like and compare that to the offer from @Ashleigh, I imagine they’ll be very close and then you can decide if you want to lease vs buy.

Thank you! I’m waiting on numbers for financing now. I’m thinking it may be the route I’ll be taking.

Thank you for this advice. Definitely sounds smart.

Numbers from this dealership will stink no matter what. I offered you a much better discount.

New x3 looks good - very sleek - just saw it
