That is the way my system does it due to the fact me and my system have no clue what your credit score is but if you are a tier 1 or 2 it will be that lower payment you see listed on your purchase agreement I sent you! Yes these payments include tax as it is a part of the Cap Cost as listed above. I always put taxes in because by law I have to when entering a lease!
