That looks high to me. You need to post the msrp, sales price, money factor and residual to see if the numbers add up. But to give you an idea, a few months ago I was shopping for a 328i msrp of 39980 (I think) and after rebates and discounts the monthly payment was about 399 + tax. Also you got quoted on a south Africa model which means it was manufactured in their south Africa factory not the German factory. Although, the cars are identical in and out, some people care about that, not sure if you do…
Also, if you have the liquid assist to invest upfront, you should consider maxing out the MSDs to get a better money factor

Luxury cars are where we have great variation in pricing. This appears to be a fairly standard deal.

You can try to shop around for a lower quote or negotiate for a lower selling price. Additionally, if you put down multiple security deposits (MSD), that saves about ~$40 per month. BMW also offers several targeted incentives that you may qualify for:

  • $1,000 College Cash
  • $500 USAA Lease Cash
  • $1,500 Corporate Fleet Discount with .00020 MF discount

Thanks.

I’m in the process of getting the info. First time doing lease so not sure if I’m doing everything correctly.

I have inquired of the dealer about the South Africa thing as I was not aware at all. Thanks!

The MSRP that was quoted for the option is at $38595 for the options listed in this post.

Any pointers on how to maximize the MSD?

Thanks again
