You should probably contact a broker because it seems like you want a hassle free experience with others doing the legwork. I know @nyclife has done deals in SoCal
Look at the Buick Encore if that’s not too small. Thread here mentions multiple dealers in SoCal leasing them for $100-$140 a month all-in.
