Need Help Evaluating - 2020 M340i

Hey everyone!

Just got back from the BMW dealership and got this offer for a 2020 M340i. The numbers don’t quite match up so I need to know what I am missing here.

MSRP: $64,420
Selling Price: $53,908 (Including $2,000 Loyalty, $1,000 New Grad, $1,000 Lease Credit)
Months/Milage: 36/12k
Residual: 60%
MF: .00145
MSD: None
Drive Off: $707 (First Months Payment)
Monthly: $707

I entered everything into the calculator and the payments aren’t matching up. I forgot to ask about the acquisition fee. However, what am I missing? This would be my first lease so anything is helpful!

Thanks! I was thinking that, but, I’m trying to get a better handle on what the dealer is doing here.

You’re selling price is the $58,400 number. You ideally want to be 10.5% off of MSRP BEFORE all your rebates. They’re currently about 9.5%. Their “real cost” is roughly 11% off MSRP on these. Still pretty early to get any unicorn deals on a new one.
