Need a Bolt EV?

Super deals

Pretty awesome except that its 2500 down, and I probably wouldn’t qualify for either incentive. I have until November on my current lease so that gives me some time to see how Tesla’s progressing with their release. Still holding out some hope for a Oct/Nov delivery for non-employees or current Tesla owners. Might be wishful thinking. :stuck_out_tongue:

LoL at the clickbait. $2500 down plus $1500 in qualified incentives AND 7500 mi/yr limit. Need a defeat device for the e golf lease offers.

$2500 down will be refunded by CA state is you make under $200K or so. $500 rebate from PGE. That’s $3000 of your down payment going back to you - if you qualify.

Dunno about you but when I picked up my EV I considered the rebates money in my pocket, not the dealer, and it stayed that way. After rebates my 2016 Focus Electric was $11,800.

Exactly - all this pricing by the dealers (and even the Manufacturers) to hide the actual price by including the incentives that not everyone qualifies for is pretty deceptive.

2016 e-Golf SE with DCFC

  • No VW loyalty
  • No College grade discount

$3000 down

  • $500 PGE rebate
    = $2500 total Drive off

24/7.5K = $46 includes tax ($3600 total lease coast for 24 months) No CA rebate
36/10K = $98 includes tax ($5342 total lease cost for 30 months) No CA rebate
36/10K = $98 includes tax ($2842 total lease cost for 30 months) Yes CA rebate - if you make less than $200K

These are confirmed, closed deals by myself and others from a local dealer. Regardless of how you see it these are great deals.

Your Math doesn’t add up:

$3000 down

  • $500 PGE rebate
    = $2500 total Drive off
36/10K = $98 includes tax ($2842 total lease cost for 30 months) Yes CA rebate - if you make less than $200K

3000 - 500 - 2500 + (98 * 36) = $3528 (not sure why you said 30 months)

Isn’t it $4000 down if no college or loyalty? $2500+$500+$1000?

Sorry - I mistyped 36/10K when it should be 30/10K. 30 months is the Min. needed to get the CA $2500 rebate. No need to go to 36 as the newer longer range cars will be out before then. Hopefully with great leases as well!

Should be:
$98 *29 months = $5342. No CA rebate (First month is always paid in the drive off fees)
$98 *29 months = $2842. CA rebate (First month is always paid in the drive off fees)

Was late when I posted…

The amount down will not increase to $4000. The monthly payment will go up to compensate for not having the $1000. discount.

Oh, I see what you did.

$99 a month, $0 down? Lol still not happening.

Just wait bro just wait lol. End 2017 bolt 99 a month

I’d recommend leasetrader instead, whatever you lease now (November) you are going to end up in minimum 30 mo lease if you want to keep the $2500 CARB rebate. Although getting the first run of any car very much including Tesla may not be such a desirable thing, bragging rights excluding.

Getting close to 200 now in LA.

Where do you see close to $200 now?

Rydell 219 if you factor in 2.5k rebate as down…

Isn’t the deal posted by thetoad a better deal?

This one is $3395 down + $149 a month, or am I missing something (highly likely).

That one car I looked up has the DC Fast charging as well.

Ron Baker 149 + 3395 down + ttl = 243 + ttl? MSRP 38350
Rydell 219 + 2950 down (includes ttl) = 300 MSRP 37495

Yeah, I would say Ron Baker is better. 243 + ttl a month, nice!
