My car get totaled. Do i get downpay back

This unfortunately isn’t always true. You may NOT ALWAYS get the overage. It varies by bank.

Might be your favorite, but it’s not the best.

没问题, learn for next time. Advice here can be harsh, but people learn or leave or hire a broker.

This all goes out the window if the contract stipulates that the insurance overage goes to the lessor, as is sometimes the case.

No one is “gliding” your lease over into another vehicle either.

& You left out the state, which car, which institution was the lessor & other key facts such as the whole process how that was done.

Sorry but others have asked you to check your contract language which dictates the results you should expect & this comment has no information related to your specific situation.

Good Luck but remember nice comment doesn’t equal right or relevant comment.

Ya know it’s funny, I was skimming thru my GM Financial contract and there is language in there that states that they can put you in a “substitute” vehicle and continue the lease (but only if you agree to it) in the event the car is a total loss.

So if both parties want, they can “glide” you into a new ride

Well there’s a third party involved (the dealer) and they’d be the ones to say no.

Introducing “Lease Glider”. Like a lease transfer but not from person to person but from vehicle to vehicle. DM for details … Domain name lease-glider.com coming soon

You’re a clown :joy::rofl:

I think subscription by Volvo is a lease glider. You can glide to a different car after 6 months.

As for lease grindr, it is offered by my friend Mango at the street corner outside the club, max can contact directly.
