Now, why on earth does it have City of LA crest sticker in the windshield?
Humvee came from Las Virgines Rd Calabasas (probably stationed at PCH Malibu fire burn areas for protection)
Memories of driving a Hummer from Camp Pendleton to Barstow with no top and an engine cover that was missing clips. I had to hold the cover while I drove so it wouldn’t blow off at 60, which is as fast as one of those would go without a steep incline.
Or it might be that last hardtop Humvee stolen from a base in Tustin.

Hope the driver “forgot” to leave the keys with the salivating valet attendant.
Owner probably kept the keys since the car was not moved to the parking lot.
