Most hackable EV august 2025

…and very easy to do in the APP, any Lexus PHEV or EV is eligible, it lets you choose dates and updates available/left days… wish it was this easy for my MIRAI :joy:

nice! I am a bit worried about the RZ 300e’s range but i think it should be fine for daily driving within the 50 miles…RZ seems to be the best luxury EV deal now

It’s 266 miles, a bit more than the last gen Bolts, Tesla 3’s etc so, not a big deal… I took my BOLT to Vegas quite a few times while I had it, no issues and that thing only took up to 50 kWh

oh didnt know RZ 300e had 266 miles of range! not bad at all

EQB/Q4 for luxury EV.

but probably not better deals compared to RZs?

In CA they seem cheaper than RZ.

then yea…no question lol

im not in ca

Are they still running those $40 leases on the Id4?

But it accelerates like a donkey dragging an anvil factory.

Does not matter to me..and it is fine for normal driving. I do not drive fast at all. Smooth ride is more important

I didn’t realize it was possible for a current-model EV to perform this poorly.

Imagine trying to get up to freeway speed on an on-ramp that has a modest incline.

Or trying to pass on a two-lane road. :ghost:

It should be easy enough for most people to imagine passing on a two-lane road or getting on a freeway onramp, given that the 0-60 times for the Lexus are similar to some of the most popular vehicles sold today. A Honda Pilot, Toyota RAV4, and Jeep Grand Cherokee are all similar.

People don’t lease a RZ300e for acceleration performance, it’s for comfort and value. It wasn’t that long ago when a 0-60 time under 7 seconds was considered sports car territory.

You can end the sentence right there.

At least the leased Toyota versions are transferable.

lol lot of hatred against RZ

I’d add the optiq or Lyriq to that list

Yes, and enough people are willing to wait in line for a ham sandwich to keep 20,000 US Subway locations open.

Wrong and wrong! Transferable and a nice reliable DD under right circumstances.

Different strokes. I’d rather spend 61 days in Alligator :crocodile: Alcatraz than dd’ing an RZ300e

You know there’s also an RZ450e which is actually a very different animal?
