It shouldn’t. People irrationally take marked up MFs as an insult, but frankly, as long as you negotiate the deal holistically, a marked up MF is in your favor (or at worst, no impact).
I did. Gave them one more chance this morning. Wanted both this morning if they would come down in price. I doubt they will get the price they want.
