Man program sucks lol. Even at 25% and base MF (which will never happen with this dealer) and usual FL inceptions Im at $603 tax included with 1st DAS. ---

Not really. Technically there are only 10 2025 i5 M60s for sale. [2025 BMW i5 M60 for sale](https://visor.vin/search/listings?car_type=used%2Ccertified&make=BMW&model=i5&trim=M60&year=2025) What I was saying was it’s a used car even if it qualifies for a new car lease. Most people on here try to be at 20% or more off pre incentives on units that don’t really sell. Other models you can be a little less. With most new models around the 10-13% off. The dealer effectively already sold the car once (punched out as loaner) and if they lease again, they will count the sale and prob make money elsewhere. The other thing to consider is what is the car worth if the dealer wanted to send to auction and more than like MMR isn’t great, so if they can make money on someone who might not know all the inner workings they would rather do that. There are just a lot of variables that can move the needle in your favor or the dealer. ---

I feel there are many times dealers will keep their list prices higher on cars that qualify for new car programs. So theoretically units like that may be a good comp for you & I, doesn’t mean the dealer cares. 🤷‍♂️ ---

Much thanks to the posters on this board. Learned a lot and keep learning. at 90 days the car should go to auction. Maybe they will get $65K minus fees and transport. Sound right They should have bent over backwards for me. And they acted like they were doing me a favor. The mark up on the MF they insisted on ticked me off. ---

2025 demo. I gave a deal on a new I4m60. If they give me the right price, I may get both. Really different cars. I am not getting any younger so I kind of want both. Need to get the wife to agree. ---

A reminder: Just because you are buying two cars from the same dealer, doesnt mean you are doing them a favor. If they are loosing money on one, they may not loose on the second. But if you are still working they with the same dealer, then they are not loosing money at all based on your last numbers. ---

Nope two dealers. I would like to get an i5 or i7 demo as an extra car. When deals are closer to your numbers. Since it won’t be a daily driver, I won’t care as much about the power, so the lower power will work. Use it for weekend trips. Would be great to get it before the holidays. Which broker specializes in bmw demos? Bush won’t budge. Plus those tires are expensive and I will chew them up.
