I think I found the car anyhow… OP maybe shoot for a higher discount off. When I was targeting 2024 i5 M60 I shot for a 28% off a CPO unit. The dealer asked me if I was part of a Leasehackr group, I denied. He said people from the NE were trying to make deals… I said I was Floridian but didn’t help.

Plano’s not playing on electrics anymore. 
Ok. Got the selling price down to $75K. They marked up the MF from 1% to 2%. Can’t remember the exact number.
Apparently it is certified as well not sure it makes a difference.
Monthly payment is $865 including tax. Good enough for me to pull the trigger. Zero DAS even the first month is rolled in
this was a tough dealership. Took two months. First they barely discounted the car. I sent an email to GM stating my position. I think I overpaid by $100 or $150, but I am tired.
