I read the entire thread and I was getting very irritated. lol.
You have a baby on the way and you are looking at a bmw sedan for 830$ a month with 6K in fees for your existing lease.
Then you went and bought a XTS (at least you got a CPO) and is hoping to sell it back in 3 years for the same price. And yet you say love cars.
But anywho…congrats and stick around to learn how about leasing/decrepitation etc etc.
