BMW programs are national:

36/10K: 60% residual, .00137 MF
All: $3,500 lease credit
Targeted: $1,000 Grad/Lease Loyalty, $1,500 USAA

To my recollection, the highest residual BMW right now is 5-series: 73% for 24 months, 67% for 36 months, 10K/year.

FYI the $2000 USAA bonus cash, dealers have a really hard time redeeming it because USAA is really difficult to deal with and sales managers don’t have the time to sit on hold for USAA.

Some have told me, USAA members can redeem it directly with USAA when the show proof of purchase. I would call USAA to verify though.
