Has anyone used metrogistics to ship a car before? Does it usually take a while for them to find a driver?
I signed for the car Tuesday and it’s still sitting at the dealer waiting for a driver. The last time I got a car shipped it was picked up the day after I signed.
I haven’t use them, however, covid has made car shipping crazy. It took several days longer to get my car picked up than expected and ended up being quite a bit more expensive.
What cities are you going from/to? That plays a big role in finding a transporter willing to take you. And do you know if the rate your shipping broker posted is the going rate?
Dealership did everything, so I have no details on rate.
It’s going from Dallas to Austin, only about three hours away.
