51% is always going to kill that lease, especially without rebates.
I would get an M550i and save myself $300 a month,

For effective $1,144 there are a ton of options out there. M550 is certainly one. As are Panamera, C63, E53, etc.
Just be sure this is the car of your dreams before signing. It’s not a good value but the heart . . . Finish your own cliches.
