Does anyone know if you can get Mercedes me connect done without the dealer that sold you the car?
I’m figuring that out as well. I’ve been trying to get the selling dealership to pair the car to Mercedes me, because they never did it upon delivery. They’ve been slow to respond.
Right now, I get a Mercedes me error message every time I start the car, and the COMAND screen says “SOS Not Connected”.
Please let me know what you get! Whenever I go on the app, it tells me contact my authorized Mercedes Benz dealer. I only need it for the remote start feature but my dealer is 100 miles away from me
