Before we get started, I have a few changes to announce. First and foremost, I want to simplify the deal-making process. From now on, if I quote a price for one, I will post the quote for ALL. This way, it’s first-come, first-serve, and you don’t have to worry about missing out on a great deal.
Secondly, I can only quote prices for 2023 vehicles. The 2024 models are different and have higher LMF/RES (depending on the models).
Now, let’s talk about the importance of fleet/affinity. Without it, the price will go up. Loyalty ONLY applies if you have a lease ending before April 2024!
I just wanted to remind you all that I am fully focused on this group, and it’s part of my daily duties. I’m doing everything I can to get you the best deal possible. Please understand that while you’re getting the best price, the dealership is not making much money.

Let me ask you all. Within my quotes, I have always put the fleet in the price of the car. It’s the way I must contract the deal. Now, if I put it somewhere (like rebates) and then move it back to sale price, do you believe that you have issues with that? I did that before and everyone thought I was not putting it in the contract.

For EQS , it’s now $9500 for Fleet. The difference from last 3 months and now, that Mercedes-Benz had an “Internal - (non-Public) Volume Incentive”. This meant that if we hit an objective, then we would get that money back. It was appx, $6500. This was now removed in Janurary. This was now moved to WELCOME MIB/Public Incentive. Meaning, that the $6500 was moved to the front, rather than the Internal. So, What people see now, is the $9500. If you received a quote from me, the numbers are pretty close. That’s why i place the fleet pricing in the price of the car. Let me know if you have any questions

Thanks. The Google Docs worksheet is much easier to work with. Now if you can also sort them where the EQS are not mixed in with EQEs that would be great to read.
At LH we usually prefer the sale price as without incentives. So we can know how much is dealer discount and how much are incentives/rebates.
But your transparency is appreciated.
Let me see what i can do to make it easier-- My issue is that if i give all of it up front then it’s easy for another dealership to just copy my work. Especially during these new Programs. But i will make it easier some how. THANK YOU for your input!
