No - these cars are all pre-titled and usually have more than 1500 miles on them, in which case it would not qualify.

Are people actually paying 1300-1500 for E classes? Answer me honestly Chris. Ive had 3 before never in the realm of that. This seems beyond nuts??
The dynamic of the E-Class buyer has changed in recent years, many of them now pay cash or purchase them. Benz knows this, hence why leases arenāt very attractive right now. But to answer your question, yes, those that do lease, see the value in it. Its a very refined car!
