Mercedes Benz : NY Combine Incentives?

Hi,

I wanted to know for New York Mercedes EQE/EQS models can we combine the below incentives?

Federal Tax Credit - $7500
NY Drive Clean Rebate - $2000
Loyalty - $1000
Navy Federal - $2500/4500
AMEX - $2500/$4500

If we cant combine all which ones can be combined?

NY Drive Clean - limited to $500 since over $42k AND has to be 36 months minimum
Loyalty - ✓
Navy Fed/AMEX - Either or, no stacking

Best term might be 13 or 24 months even if it means foregoing the NYDC.
