I was told at the dealership I turned mine into they use the credit card method, meaning if any damage can be covered with a credit card they consider it normal wear and tear. I don’t know if that extends inside and to the wheels but I’m going to find out soon enough for sure if I get a bill.
Wheels should be fine, I heard as long as they’re not bent or cracked u won’t get charged. Nothing is ever mentioned about interior damage cuz it’s pretty rare, guess we’ll have to wait and see
You might get charged for the interior damage - see link. As for the wheels, the amount of curb rash I had on all my leased MBs from living in the city was comical. But I was never charged for it.

Nah that’s someone copying the edition one paint job. Still ugly though. The 450+ hack job didn’t black out the chrome window surround along the beltline.

Huh, I blinked and missed my old EQS: some mom and pop dealer (Auto Haus in VA) listed it as a CPO on April Fool"s for 36K and sold within days. They did find their fool!
I submitted an inquiry to MB as I was charged for my session at EA. First session was free and then I was charged for the second one right after. I received the following response. Looks like they’re catching on to the unplug and plug back in trick?

We have received a response from our support team regarding the charging error you faced yesterday. It has been discovered that there were two sessions initiated, but there wasn’t an hour of wait time before you tried to charge for a second time. Please be advised, that the promotion only gets applied for sessions below 30mins and when the previous session was done, you have to wait at least 1h in between before another one can be started.
