If you have EV conquest and fleet there is definitely more room for negotiation.

How much discount pre-incentives should I push for?

A good friend got 19% before incentives which was one of the best deals here. So try to get close to that. 17-18 should be a good target for you.

Personally I think $15k onepay would be my cutoff at that msrp. Confirm with the dealer if you are getting base MF.

According to the MMR data I have seen, the 580 cars do not seem to be in quite the same situation.

If we looked back historically, and what we would’ve called a normal market, pretty much every top-notch lease was upside down. 
These 450 sedan leases though are another level of negative equity on day one. Again, who cares when you’re getting them for these kinds of payments.

Agree. 2 weeks ago I did one pay of $13k for 24/10. $103k msrp 2022 loaner sedan 450+. Selling my 2021 Kona EV and getting $1400 from Rodo technically is lowering the payment more.
I love this cruiser. Not sure how i will get back to Kona EV or Leaf in 2 years. LOL

BMW/MB would ask for those cars midway to just keep you in the brand and sell that car before that warranty expired lol
