Mercedes Benz EQS Lease Superthread - 1

EQ owners — anyone else find that the backup wide angle fisheye 360 cameras distort things so much that it becomes difficult to maneuver in tight spaces? My 360 camera on my Bolt does a way better job accurately depicting the actual space around the car. The Benz cameras make me think I’m hitting everything even though there’s still a decent gap between the car and the surroundings.

I always just hit this icon and it seems to give me enough top-down view that it’s pretty easy to navigate.

The 3D spinny around views are pretty annoying so I don’t use them.

Looking for a 580 SUV 24/7.5

36 month is better look at my thread have a few up there!! and they are selling fast

It’s not typical for dealers to be sitting on a bunch of cars from the previous model year in March, unless you’re GM maybe.

I want sub 500 is this possible

never happening unless you are doing MSDs and then putting down a ton on top

For those in NJ, which MB dealer do you recommend from the following: Open Road Bridgewater, Ray Catena Edison, Ray Catena Freehold, or other?

This would be for service in the future.

Maybe he will get a sub 500 car lol

None, they all suck. Add Paramus to this list too.

Most of my family goes to Ray Catena though

Thanks. I’ll play with this later after I wrap my meetings today. Pulling her into the garage was tough cause the cameras make the car look longer and wider than it actually is, and the fisheye cameras do so much warping that everything just looks distorted and you don’t get an accurate picture of how much space you actually have to work with.

Minor gripe that I imagine will just take some getting used to.

Noted, I’ve had good parts experience with Ray Catena MBs although I know Union is generally the worst and rightfully so. They also don’t give loaners if you didn’t buy the car from them based on my dads one and only warranty experience. Their Lexus service was amazing though.

Texted you

Are you planning ahead for your EQwhatever to break-down? Smart.

“Never happening” I think we’ve seen a few recently with minimal DAS and MSD

I ended up signing (BETTER NOT GET SNIPPED) for EQS AMG $161K for right around $16K all in. Perfect number $666 :supervillain:

Still filling out paperwork

Don’t message me asking for one. Not replicated
