You are talking about 128k to 145k vehicle. Of course, it’s $900 range before MSDs. I don’t know what you are trying to do
She does out of state
Nvm thanks
It goes from 6.25% to 1.00% or 1.25%. It should be unlimited
I would take it
Yes 10 char
That cannot be in CA with our high taxes?
How many miles per year and is this in California?
Taxes not included. Every state different
Yeah, but still they’re more than those in CA they can do below 800.
With the MF and RV is same nationally, it’s only the discount they want to give out
Just sharing the deal I got. Curious how it compares to what others are seeing recently.
SUV 450 4matic that had been on the lot for ~8 months
36mo/10k miles
23.5% off MSRP (including fleet)
Buy rate and the $7,500 lease credit
I think it’s in line with some brokers on LH but not an unicorn. If You can, and seriously interested I would wait until Friday next week and counter 30% off…
Sales taxes on onepay in CA are done the same. Take your onepay MF and residual, back out an effective pre-tax monthly payment, then assess combined sales tax rate of your county/ZIP code. You still need to pay DMV license, registration, and sales tax on cap cost reduction, but you’re assessed that either way.
On a $18K onepay, I guess add about $1K for sales tax.
Actually, almost all of the one pay amount is taxable in CA except the fees. Plus taxable incentives. That adds thousands vs no tax state like NJ.
This is pretty much what I said. We’re talking about different things though. You’re comparing a NJ and a CA deal. I’m comparing how sales tax differs between a normal lease and a onepay, in CA. As a data point, the taxes on my onepay EQS in OC came out like this:
Taxes that would be avoided in states where it’s waived. Total $1620.95.
- $829.44 7.75% sales tax on 24 payments
- $791.51 7.75% sales tax on cap cost reduction (on $7500 lease credit and $1500 EQ conquest credit)
Not exactly taxes, but other unavoidable fees regardless lease, buy, or onepay.
- $315.00 DMV license fee
- $500.55 DMV registration fee
- $7.00 CA tire fee
Imagine the Audi etron
That’s exactly what I was trying to say! CA can make even a unicorn deal less exciting. BTW, you posted the last deal on the 580 on Oarfish’s thread before it got moved. Did you get it from her?
@capt_slow your calculations are correct, my point was to highlight the difference between the states. I’m in LA at 9.5%, some cities in CA can be over 10%.
No didn’t get from her. Shipping from Cali would kill the deal lol
Does Mercedes EQ cars gets free charging at Tesla SuperChargers from Jan 2024 ?
I have no idea
