Mercedes Benz e300

Hmm true thanks for the suggestion will definitely start looking in March then. Any other options for vehicles with the same comfort level as an e class that might be easier to hack.

It depends on what you’re looking for. I just spent a stupid amount of time researching comparable cars. Here are some models you can consider:

Jaguar XF/Fpace - March is Jag’s end of Fiscal year so you may be able to get a really good deal on one of these. Luxury and performance are roughly on par but reliability is…a gamble?

BMW 5/6 series - I’ve seen a lot of posts around here with really solid deals for these in your price range. No android Auto, so not an option for me, but both are generally well reviewed.

Audi A6 2018 - 2019 was a redesign year for the A6 so if you can find an A6 '18, chances are it will be discounted nicely.

Lincoln Continental - Luxurious in it’s own way but not the most engaging driving. There are some exterior style choices which are pretty polarizing (door handles located just below windows, light up touch lock on exterior A column)

Alfa Stelvio/Giulia - Can be had under your budget and are fairly fun to drive. Decent level of luxury if below the E Class. Reliability is a concern.

Volvo XC 60/90 - SUV’s but I actually really like the interior. Minimalist but still feels luxurious and the tablet in the center console is very well executed. If I wanted an SUV I would do this or a Velar.

Thanks for the detailed response really helped out. I’ll deffitnlet look into those for the best deals. Was also thinking the new Lexus es350 the engine is a v-6 and fully loaded it’s 52k msrp new but don’t know how much they would discount that and also Lexus is a lesser tier car but I heard it’s just us isolated and comfortable as Benz

Do some research on owner reviews of the new Lexus ES. A ton of people are having issues with the audio system in both base and Mark Levinson form, as in sound is only coming from the front center speaker and nowhere else in the car and Lexus isn’t sure why that’s happening. Also a lot of complaints about loud noises from the rear when going over rough pavement on the highway.

its a great car but It feels a step behind the E in cabin refinement and is FWD. That being said, I know a lot of people that are thrilled with them. Lexus also usually scores very highly with reliability. I have seen some good deals on them as well. If you like it, go for it!

Oh definitely agree I mean every time I see that ambient lighting as well as the instrument cluster and all the wood in the car it easily justifies the higher price even if it’s 200/month more lol just hope we find the right e class

I’m not going to lie… This is one of the main selling points for me. They did the ambient lighting so well in the S and E classes.

Truth. Sold me for sure. Silly, I guess, but I love it.

Agreed and the TWO SCREENS makes me feel like a little kid but i love them. They got me man.
