Kind of. Dealer incentives are always $500 less than Amex. So dealer incentives (available to all) on this are 5000. If you have Amex you get $500 more. MB wouldn’t give $5500 just cause you have an Amex card. Hence, on my sheet deals are $500 worse if you don’t have Amex, for all cars.

Q goes into detail here and the next couple of posts. Sounds like Amex, etc takes place of dealer cash and is usually about $500 more.
