Exactly. That “double incentive” is coming from dealer discount anyways 🤦‍♂️

They’re only doubling one incentive you qualify for if you look at the fine print.

I think you can still hold them to it if you do it smart. As in normal negotiations when you don’t disclose if you have some extra OL code (probably bad example), for example. The double loyalty is double loyalty. But of course there is a catch, like it cannot be combined with other incentives.

If you read between the lines though, the dealer is doubling one of the incentives…not the captive, so it’s misleading, and really of no value if you’re a good negotiator. Good for someone who isn’t savvy I suppose.

If you get down to the rock bottom price, and then say “oh yeah, double my 1500 loyalty,” I would envision some pushback at that point. Depends on how desperate they are to hit a target I guess.

Right, but worth a try, why not? 🤔  
I realize they double only one incentive, so _could_ work if you only have one. Dealer’s trickery, of course.
