2018 MDX SH AWD with Tech Package
MSRP ~51,900
Monthly Payment all in $530
Tax was 7.25%
Due at signing: first month plus title and doc minus a payout on old my lease which came out to $300 due at signing

that was error its 0.0005 here too

New update another dealer came with
monthly payment $527 including tax
residual is $28890
MF is 0.0005
selling price not revealed (suspected $45025)
But when I deducted tax 8.625% it comes to $485/m without tax ,$485x36=$17460 for 36 month lease
can someone tell me how much is selling price exactly ?and RV is 56% ?
hows that deal you can drive from the given data above?
I went from $566 to $527(tax incl)/m quote and its zero down payment
1st month ,acquisition and DMV $527+$595+$75 =$1197 drive off

RV and MF is set by bank not dealer. Its same across dealers in your region. RV cant be changed, however the MF can be marked up by dealer to a certain extent. MSRP is different per vehicle and is also not changeable by dealer. Sales price is what dealer can change and which is what you negotiate. Ask the dealer what the sales price is.

Man they told me to come in dealership for selling price, but monthly will be $527 incl tax.
MF & RV are contanst then its easy to find the selling price. I put it in calculator and found $45025 selling price but someone can find verify that for me. Residual is $28890 . Msrp is $51595.
527 is near 1% rule

The RV is constant and cannot be changed. However, dealerships can (and will) mark up the buy rate MF, so youā€™re going to want to find that out from the dealership.

Thatā€™s pretty good. The Trucar price that Iā€™m getting for the AWD MDX w/Tech are 47340, 47608, 47159. Out of the three dealerships, one of them actually gave me one price for sale, and another price for lease. The lease price is 2200 less than the sale price. So it looks like theyā€™re willing to pass on the $2200 factory-to-dealer lease incentive to the leaser, but keep the $750 deal cash for themself. The other two arenā€™t giving me a straight answer. They havenā€™t flat out said that they arenā€™t going to pass down the savings, but they want me to come in.

The good news is that wife has narrowed down the color that she wants to either white or lunar.
