MBFS Lease Cash Question

In looking at various MB models,
I see the Leasehackr Rate Findr states that there is available:

    • “INCENTIVES BONUS CASH (MBFS LEASE) = $2000”;
    • MY QUESTION IS:
      IS that “MBFS LEASE” BONUS CASH typically “already included” in a dealer’s “advertised sales price” for leasing a new (or demo/courtesy) vehicle
      (e.g. MB vehicle MSRP=$51,000;
      Dealer advertised Discount Sale Price = $47,000)
      OR
      IS that Dealer “advertised sales price” amount FURTHER subject to additional “cap cost reduction” to further reducing my monthly by the BONUS CASH amount (in this case $2K), bringing the “sale price =$45,000”?

Your expertise/insight/guidance is greatly appreciated…

Yes. Any dealer advertised sales price you may see online almost certainly inlcudes all available incentives. That is not unique to Mercedes or MBFS Lease Cash, all dealers/brands advertise this way.
