I’m planning to get 2 cars from MB. Does anyone know if the reignite bonus can be used twice or is it once per vin? (I.e. I had 1 MB that meets the reignite criteria, can I apply the bonus to the 2 cars I’m getting now?)
I was told it can only be redeemed once
The reignite is tied to a VIN that would have needed to have you as the lessee and grounded at some point during the qualifying period.
It can only be used once; and the lessee for the new vehicle has to match the lessee on the one being reignited.
I was lucky. I used twice within 30 days period.
I am guessing the trick was that the MB run the credit for the fist car then we were waiting about a month plus for that car to arrive. Meanwhile, i took advantage of a hard to pass deal and took a car from stock using the same vin loyalty. Dealer confirmed several times the loyalty for second car. Not sure if that make sense, but i saved total $7k.

So I got 2 cars from 2 different dealer and both said reignite can be used multiple times. Neither even asked for the vin of the old car.
Dealer can lookup reignite/loyalty by name and zip code aside from vin. MBFS requires that the person matching name of the issued reignite certificate has to be in the new contract.
I’ve tried to get a PND but was told dealer not able to look up reignite for my vehicle glb250 2022 which I bought out from lease last July. Is that shady dealer, broker or both? What’s the best way to approach that?
The buyout for reignite has to take place in 2021-2023

Leases grounded or ended in 2024 fail to qualify for reignite or for loyalty. Owning a Benz at the same address your new car will be registered does not qualify for loyalty either.
