MB GLC SUV lease offer

Looking at a new 2026 MB GLC 300 SUV, 4-Matic. Got the offer copied below, but the numbers aren’t making sense to me.

The MF (.00186) and residual (56%) look right to me, and per the salesman, the $2,200 “Cash Down” only represents DAS (first month, up front taxes, etc., not cap cost reduction).

The leasehackr calculator linked here Calculator is saying that my monthly (PA tax included) should be closer to $665, but they are not budging off of $719. My guess is that they are rolling in the fees and expenses into the monthly, AND still looking for $2,200 up front. Thoughts?

I can think of 66.5 different cars I’d rather drive for $665/mo with $2,200 due than a GLC 300.

My guesses would be the $50145 sales price includes rebates and discounts, whereas your calculator has $50145 as the sales price, plus rebates. If you delete the rebate out, you are back up to $700 a month. After that, there might be a mild MF bump the dealer is applying.

Regardless of the math, I wouldn’t be that excited about a $665 payment let alone $700+.

1095 is the marked up lease acquisition fee and not a taxed incentive.

GLC63?…..

As of April, a 350E was a much better deal for a GLC daily
