I have a lease quote for a E400 convertible, 36-months, 12k miles, with a MF of 0.00150, and 58% residual.
Is that a good rate?

They also said, MB doesn’t offer MSD. Is that true?
Your dealer is full of poop and is trying to make a nice profit 
MSD offered by Mercedes and 2500 off is not enough

MB does offers MSD unless the deal is subvented, which is not your case.
