Forget about 3 months pull ahead. The deals during the shortage will probably drive you to extend the lease by 6 months instead.

Everyone is constantly changing policies. They allowed it few years ago. Doesn’t hurt to ask MBFS. Please report back with updates

Is it a good time to get a lease? NO! When will it get better? Nobody knows Off-Ramp

The merely “good” deal (by LH standards) from a couple years ago is almost a unicorn now. So unless you enjoy the chase, don’t bother If you can wait, then wait. But don’t ask when it will get better because nobody knows.
