Working on a CX-5 lease for my wife, got this month-end “aggressive deal” as per the salesman:
MSRP: $31,040
Savings: $2,300
Rebate: $865
Sales price: $27,875
Residual: $19555 / 63%
Money Factor: 0.00189
36 month/10k miles
Zero DAS (salesman says he’s rolled all taxes & fees into the monthly payment)
$392.27 per month
I think I’m getting close to pulling the trigger, wanted to sanity check first. Any suggestions where I can negotiate?

It looks like there is $1,250 manufacturer incentives according to Edmunds.
That’s much worse than comparable CX5 deals posted on here recently.

We got my lady a CX-5 GT with every option aside from HUD and heated steering wheel/rear seats for $900 DAS and $330/mo including tax for 10k/36
You can do better!
What was the MSRP of the car that you got?

I’ll see if I can find the paperwork but I recall it being somewhere between 33-36k
Not 100% sure though
